Shipping

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

• You have obtained a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) from our customer service team

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products unless they are faulty or defective:

• Gloves & Towels
• Golf Balls & Tees (if original packaging is opened)
• Any used or installed Bearings & Axles or Clutches & Gearboxes

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Wait for authorization and shipping instructions
4. Securely pack the item with a copy of your order confirmation
5. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box
6. Ship to the address provided by our team

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account
