Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your package ships.

Shipping Methods & Times

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) using reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Returned within 15 days of the date you received it.
  • New, unused, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Gloves & Towels
  • Golf Balls & Tees (if the original packaging is opened)
  • Any used or installed Bearings & Axles or Clutches & Gearboxes

The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions. Please do not ship your item without this RAN.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and write the RAN clearly on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s policies but is typically within 10-15 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
