If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is designed to make things right.

Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the date you received them for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products, unless they are faulty:
  • Gloves & Towels
  • Golf Balls & Tees (if packaging is opened)
  • Any used or installed Bearings & Axles or Clutches & Gearboxes

The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer support team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to process your request quickly.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your request.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your original payment method will depend on your financial institution’s policies but typically appears within 10-15 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
  • If you selected an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
